Is the water drinkable, or should we pack our own/buy at the lodge?
You should take enough water for one day from the lodge. We recommend taking 2 - 3 litres each. You will be provided with fresh drinkable spring water at the overnight huts. You can bring water purification tablets to be on the safe side.Â
May we leave our luggage behind at the lodge while we are away on the 2-day pony hike?
You will clear your room and pack all your belongings in your vehicles whilst you are out on the pony trek. You can also leave luggage at reception where it can be stored whilst you're away.Â

Do we need to bring our own toilet paper?
Yes, if you are self-catering, you need to bring your own toilet paper.Â

Should we bring our own sleeping bags?
Yes, it's best to bring your own sleeping bags, but if it's not possible, you can hire sleeping bags for R50per person per night.Â

Can we pay in SA Rands
Yes, ZAR rands are accepted throughout Lesotho
What does the packed lunch from the lodge include?
The packed lunch on the first day includes a toasted sandwich, bottle of water or juice, a fruit or a chocolate.Â
Are riding helmets provided?
Yes, riding Helmets are compulsory and are provided by the lodge.Â
